Each owner can keep zero (0), one (1), or two (2) players from their previous final roster.
The deadline for announcing keeper(s) is Monday August 19, at 12:00pm.
To confirm your keepers are on time, please TEXT/WhatsAPP/Email your keeper(s) to the commissioner so that the alert is time-stamped. DO NOT CALL TO MAKE YOUR KEEPER PICKS.
When you reach out to the commissioner with your keeper picks, I will review price points for each player and ask you if you want to lock the player(s) in.
When you confirm a player is locked in, they cannot be switched out prior to the keeper deadline barring injury or suspension.
A keeper can be swapped out with another player or dropped after the keeper deadline ONLY if he is diagnosed with an injury or marked with a suspension, either of the two lasting 4 games or more in the regular season. For injuries, it has to be an injury that confidently projects that the player will miss more than 4 regular season games.
To officially announce your keeper picks, your pick MUST be accompanied by your $200 fee at or before the deadline. Any keeper picks not aligned with the $200 fee will be void. This is a rule that will be 100% enforced.
Every owner is allowed to keep a player for a maximum of three (3) additional years after the player was originally drafted from the team for a total of four years on one particular team. All keeper players will be assigned a "K1" "K2" or "K3" on the draft board to alert all owners to that status.
Any keeper designated with a "K1" will be assigned a fee of $5.
Any keeper designated with a "K2" will be assigned a fee of $10. Any keeper designated with a "K3" will be assigned a fee of $15.
If a keeper is traded to another owner, the new owner assumes the current status of that keeper. (Ex. In the 2015 season, Tony traded Zach Leveon Bell in during a K1 year. Zach owns Leveon during the 2015 season as a K1 keeper. Hence, if Zach keeps Leveon Bell for this upcoming season, he will be keeping Bell as a K2 keeper and will be taxed $10.)
Any IR player can be kept, so long as he is on an owner's season-ending roster.
The IR player's keeper price will be based on his original draft value.
Any player that is picked up on the waiver wire for $4 or less or via free agency at no cost will assume a value of $5 for keeper purposes.
(Ex. if I pick up a player on the waiver wire or via free agency during the season at no cost and then want to keep him for the following year, his overall cost will be $10 - $5 value plus the $5 fee.)
Any player that is picked up on the waiver wire for a price point between $5 - $40 will retain that same value for keeper purposes. Any player that is picked up on the waiver wire for a price point between $41 - $100 will retain a value of $40 for keeper purposes.

There are 16 roster spots, 9 of which are starters, and 7 bench players.
Starting line up will be 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1FLEX(RB,WR), 1K, 1DEF.
Every owner will get thirty (30) seconds to pick a player to be auctioned. Bid must be made clear. There will be no take backs.
If you do not name a player to be auctioned, your turn will be skipped.
The auctioning of that player will start once the commissioner announces the pick and the price of the initial bid.
Once an owner nominates a player, the auctioneer will announce the player and starting price point and allow a 10-second interval before the bidding process begins.
Every new bid on a player starts the 10 second clock over again.
A player is won when no one else bids on that player within the 10-second interval.
Note Your Max Bid At All Times!
You cannot bid over your max bid.
Any owner that bids over his max bid will be deducted the amount of money that they overbid. (i.e. - if you're max bid is $18 and you bid on a player for $22, you will lose $4.)
If an owner has less than $5 when he bids over his max, he will be left with $1 for every roster spot open.
You must fill out your entire roster.
Every owner will be responsible for the bid he puts forth for a player.

Owners may agree to exchange players at any time after the draft and prior to Saturday, November 16, 2024.
There is no limit on trades.
No trades for future considerations will be allowed. All trades must be specified. EXAMPLE: Aaron Rodgers cannot be traded for a player to be named later.
Accidental trade proposals are considered legal and if accepted by the accepting party before a revoke is made, is considered a proposed trade, an accepted trade and is final. The only way to undo an accidental trade is if both owners agree to reverse the trade. Care must be taken to review your proposals before hitting the propose or accept button.
Any owner(s) can protest a trade if they believe it falls into one of the following categories:
Collusion: Two owners get together and decide to make a trade that benefits one owner while the other owner receives nothing of value in return, creating a tremendous advantage to only one owner.
Trade Dismantling: An owner who has decided to leave the JNIC FFL, but as a parting shot tries to make his team such a disaster, that even the best owner would need several years to fix it and make it competitive.
Best Interest: An owner is intentionally trying to alter the competitive balance in the league in a negative way.
If an owner(s) wishes to submit a trade protest to the commissioner, he must email the Commissioner within 24 hours of the trade being finalized. The email must state what trade he is protesting and the reason(s) he is protesting it. The Commissioner will then notify both owners involved in the trade to let them know the trade is being protested. The owners will be given the opportunity to present their case to the Commissioner within 24 hours of the notification. The Commissioner will then have 24 hours to make a ruling.
Protesting a trade is not in place to prevent teams from getting stronger; nor to frustrate an owners attempt at improvement. It is not there to second-guess owner strategies, or to prevent owners from making shrewd or stupid moves. Trade protesting is not in place to stop one-sided trades, lop sided trades, stupid trades, or incompetent trades. Trade protesting exists only to stop illegal trades or trades of evil intentions.

Waiver Wires are based off of an auction price for each owner of $100.
Every player not owned will be on the waiver wire list between that player's game time and Tuesday night. Each player can use their allotted funds to bid on any player. The highest bidder will be rewarded with that player.
